Hey I got the TWS 5.0 pro earbuds. And the case isn't lighting up no matter what I do. I plugged it in the charger and it's not blinking out any light. Any idea what I can do?

When I turn the case on it turns off every 5 mins

The left and right earphone are red, so they are charging. After some time, the left one was blue and then off, the red is still red and charging, but after 24 hours the red one is still red. I don't understand why. Is the red earphone broken?

The cords that came with my white wireless earbuds are black. They don't seem to fit in the charging port. Did they send the wrong cords? All cords are black not white.

The quality of the air pods is good and they aren't too big, i rate them as 8/10

How do I get both my Toni wireless earbuds pro to play at the same time on my Huawei Nova 9. I have literally tried everything and nothing works... Only one earbud plays at time. My TWS earpods are black with a black case. When I turn on the case the light is blue and does not blink. When I set it for charging, the light becomes red and blinking. It later stops blinking but remains red.
How do I know it is fully charged?
