Your programs sound great. I went to sign up and pay for the Fit Mother 30X (even though I'm not a mother and I'm old), but then the first thing that happened after I put in my information was I get shown yet another page with yet another "offer" for more money! I got out of the page. Come on, do you really have to resort to such tactics? When you say is $147 for life for everything, that's what I expect. Sending me to another page with another "come on, spend more" totally disappoints. I decided not to continue with the order, so it's your loss. I really do not like that type of merchandising. List it all upfront on the same page with choices like: $147 gets you this; for another $50 you get this; for another $XXX you get this. But do not string consumers along from page to page. I totally get that many businesses are following the same pattern, but I had hoped yours would be different.

ОтветитьThank you for this video. I feel like the perfect storm for weight loss stall. I had high success with keto in 2018 and 2019. Easily kept off the weight at ages 35 and 36. Then stage 3 cancer hit and brutal chemo. Lost almost all muscle and lost 30 lb, also forced me into pseudo menopause. Had to follow chemo with 9 WEEKS of prednisone, inflammation, little sleep even 2 years later. Needless to say my body is still a wreck 2 years into remission. My cycle came back 1 year post chemo and now I’m 41. I’m doing everything I used to do before cancer and it’s not working. I will look into your program, just subscribed today 😊

ОтветитьRegarding exercise (and I’m not an expert…) I’ve heard from many other experts (specifically for women over 40), HIIT can be tough on hormones and make it harder for our body to release extra fat. As an almost 47-year-old woman, I’m sticking with weightlifting, intermittent fasting (that syncs with my cycle - less fasting and more healthy carbs the week prior to my cycle starting), and more zone 2 cardio. I may do one higher zone cardio workout per week. We shall see how it goes!

I found out that I have an underactive thyroid and I am also gluten intolerant. 😊what a discovery. I knew something was strange because I have always been a lean small...not tiny person. I am eating nourishing foods, exercising and still this extra 10 came on and taking long to get off. But I will succeed. Thank you

ОтветитьI am 62 years of age will be 63 in June and had extensive back surgery L3 to my Secrum 10lbs. Titanium in my back hips, SI Joints are now artificial, and in my right outer thigh fused to my hips and my pelvis was screwed in tighter to hold everything in place? It was experimental but I have a very high bone density over the high end of the chart!
I have been lifting after being in a wheelchair for 4 years until surgery in 9/ 2020 and I have no longer used any chair Cain walker just no support. I only weigh including the titanium 127lbs. I am 5 feet 5.5 inches. I love this show, Podcast whatever you want to call it. I can't seem to put weight on. I have to be transparent and let you know I have a very rare genetic syndrome called Leoy-Deitz SMAD3 look it up you could help many people who want to be like be not give up and move forward and get back to where I was. I use to be a fitness trainer in my younger years late 20'salways kept in shape using weights. So please what exercises can you suggest that will best build muscle and keep me toned, especially since I can't bend at the waist any longer. I can't seem to keep the muscle toned.
I love all your nutrition advice and have begun already doing some of it on my own. For instance for pain and inflammation I use Tumeric and cinnamon and to fight infections I use honey. I put it in my coffee in the mornings. First cup, and yes I drink too much coffee. My story is too complex to type anymore you can contact me if you would like just check Facebook. I will be looking out for scammers they try to get me to friend them all the time so I will need to know it is you! If not I'll just keep watching your show on my own and doing my own thing!
