EXTAR EP9 Gen 2 - 9MM PCC under 450 Beans

I know this is an older video, but how did you bore sight this pew pew? I thought you could only do that on bolt action guns. Might be a dumb question for some but I’m new to all this. Great videos! Entertaining and educational!!

Had mine for a couple years and zero hick ups. The only changes I have made are a 3.5 lb drop in trigger from PSA with a steel safety and a better brake. I run only ETS mags with zero problems. Great review and great gun.

I've been looking for one of these. But every gun store in my area can't get them. It's driving me nuts!!!!! I've got one more place to check out.

I picked one up about a year ago. It has replaced my CZ Scorpion as my favorite PCC. Crazy, but I’m thinking about selling my Scorpion. 🤷‍♂️

I watched reviews and people were stunned by the value and dependability of the EXTAR. Every American home should have one, furnished by the government! Crime would fall to nothing! Jus’ sayin’!

I did not buy one of these because I knew the ATF fiasco with the pistol braces was coming. Hopefully the rule is deemed unconstitutional down the road.

I have a Gen 1, love it like the first day . Great range toy and house protection gun. I have two 32 rounds magz sig romeo 5 red dot. Excellent PCC

Great video of the Extar EP 9. I have had the Gen 1 for several years with absolutely no malfunctions. I run it along side of my Glock 19 and due to compatible mags you can run and gun all day as long as you have any 9mm left. I've convinced several of my buddies to get one when they first announced them and they seem to run better than some of the similar pistols made by the competititors that cost a lot more money.

I have a gen 1, just replaced the the handguard with the gen 2 version, much nicer look.

I just ordered the extar. Should be at my dealer later this week. Can't wait to have some fun with it

I have around 800 rounds through my gen 2. Absolutely love love it. As a matter of fact, I do not think I have ever heard one bad thing about the EP9. Great gun

Can i put a folding stock on it?

Love my gen 1. 1.5 k rds and running fine. Have a shake awake red dot on mine.

My question is does it shoot plus p ammo? Because i know the gen 1 does not. That's why I choose to go with something else. But if this does I might choose this instead

Gonna go way out on a limb here,
but I'm guessing I'm not the only one !

Now that is a pdw/PCC I have wanted since I have first heard about them a couple years back, even thought it is as low priced as it is. it has proven to be very difficult to raise that kind of money, being that I am a fixed low income poor. money is tight after paying my bills it does not leave much for essentials and extras.

Guessing the cheapest is the Hi-Point

Next time only show the barrel forward when you’re shooting 100yds. Maybe better accuracy.🤔

I have the Gen1 with a few upgrades, like steel safety, and trigger (stock is plastic with a steel insert).

My Gen 2 has run flawlessly coming up on a thousand rounds

Just picked up an EP9 Gen. II last week. Blowback 9mm actions can have more recoil than an AR, but the efforts Extar has gone through to mitigate recoil are amazing. The impulse is so slow that I would call it a “polite nudge.” The first time I pulled the trigger, I literally laughed out loud.

Went through 49 more rounds over the following 15 minutes at the range. A large-form pistol like this one should NOT be this light, yet this soft-shooting. But it is.

Bottom line: this was the most fun gun to shoot that I have ever fired. Good thing it’s only $449–this sweetheart is going to make me spend a LOT of money on 9mm.

She’s destined to become a very expensive habit!

Have the Gen 1 and loving it. Added a Sig Romeo 5 and I get a 4” group at 100 yards any day. Is a bit temperamental with Magpul mags but never have issues with Glock OEM mags. Waiting for my can for some quiet time. Best bullet slinger for the money!

I have an SBR Form 1 Extar EP9 Gen 2 and I absolutely love it. Mine is also suppressed with a 9mm AAV Evolution. Sounds amazing and runs great. Actually one of my best guns I own. Lol
