White fools can’t jump” my friend picked up on it and asked me what I was referring to and I told him that i had watched this film and we had a good laugh at my misfortune

Should’ve just stuck with the original! The remake felt too fast paced, had a bland storyline, jokes were forced and the acting wasn’t it. Nobody will ever top Wesley and Woody’s chemistry on screen together

everyone complaining about the remake please give it a break...yes they share the same title , similarities in plots and characters but one was never intended to be just like the other...did people actually expect Disney to copy the original ?...its clear Disney , as it often has, targeted a specific audience /age group with this movie...sorry to say this but Disney does not care if you liked the original better...... I can easily see why people who grew up around the original don't like the remake; they can't relate to the leads and the events unfolding with the movie being a representation of today's TIkTok generation...I enjoyed the remake it was actually refreshing to watch as it wasn't all PC bs shoving some woke agenda down my throat...I am not sure how they got away with as many race related jokes as they have in this movie ....felt like I travellled back in time ...Jack Harlow for not being an actor was great, I assume he was just being him self so he wasn't really acting ...the remake has an overall laid back funny vibe where as the original just comes of more serious ...kind of like if we were to compare Jack Harlow and Woody to one another
