I want to say something about this: 1 year ago i was broke : i was so broke that i was 1 day before my house was going back to the bank. I was sitting in the bus"to go to the bank i knew they put me out my home. Than 1 woman came one to the bus: she traveled a lot from far (i could see she was very tired) i just knew what airport she was coming (she was black) and she want to pay whit cash In my counrty bus and train (Nederland) you can not pay cash or visa: only pay master card. The driver put her out: mij last penny,s was like: i pay whatever it takes: That moment God helped me: the internet goes down: no people went to help. But whit no money i did. I hope she feld God the same thime as i did. Because he was there: and i did not lose my home <3

Lose the intrusive soothing music

I wish my parents hadn’t sheltered me as much, and that they had encouraged and guided me more. Thankfully I have still had a successful life and overcome these things - with a pinch of social anxiety. I will make sure I encourage and guide my child, and give him independence.

These are all the rules you need. Love all living things unconditionally and forgive all things forever and leave the world and worldly things. This is the only way. Religion is of the world.

Let’s focus on the Ten Commandments and get in good with God. He’s going to be a lot more helpful then Peterson.

I love this, but being slightly or at times very ADHD, the video was distracting. I’d rather watch the Dr. than guys fishing or dragging a boat out of the water. The message is great. I found myself a bit distracted.

Thanks for the informative video. I have a question though: is it necessary in video production to use background music like that? The most annoying part is that one music phrase has been repeated over and over again for almost 14 minutes. I liked the video but that tragic chord progression was very distracting. This kind of music often used on phone hold when you waiting for operator's answer, and associated with hatred.. Is it even possible to ask this question without being toxic asshole?

I very much like the rules he laid out. The book was poorly written, but the rules stand for themselves and they are good. He's a bright man, but he doesn't write well. His speech is far more engaging.

In to accordance of the life I imagined 3 years ago. I am more in the middle , or as some would say in the journey of what I imagined. Speak what you want and go after it; And don’t stop for anyone or anything! Become unconscious to the feeling of pain and the thought of failure. Life is to short to not go after your dreams.

I am a mental health specialist so I needed to learn psychology. I sincerely believe that Dr Peterson is today's, C.G. Jung. He is a great human being: one of the most charismatic people I know. I am so glad to know him.

I hope this helps whoever reads it. I followed this for 30 days. My goal was to change my self image and it worked. This is what I did.

1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.
7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.
8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.
9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.
10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.

I hope this helps at least two people.

It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.

There is something depressive and cold in Peterson's worldview. I tried to follow his rules but it only led to conflicts. Instead, I decided to spread good vibes around me. Trust me, my day just got so much better.🐒
