ОтветитьAn imballance in the back to front core strength ratio can cause injuries cause there is an overactivation of the front core while the back is not or vice verse if you do lots of back exercises but little front core ,this is leading to strength imbalances which isn't good in a complete football athlete
ОтветитьGood but This is an unbalanced workout, the back muscles need engagement too, throw some Glute bridges in there and a back Plank and superman back extension too and this would be perfect
