The lump under your arm could be swollen lymphs you can do regular exercise or certain drainage massages. I’ve seen many women get them, lots of helpful videos on tiktok too. But of course get the doctors opinion first.

Anna, the lump under your armpit might be a swollen lymph node, look it up online. This happens to me when I get a vaccine or when I get sick. So if you were sick or fighting a cold shortly before or after the lump appearing, it might be that! Even if you didn’t get sick, sometimes it’s just your immune system fighting a virus before it actually becomes an infection. But doesn’t hurt to check with a doctor.

I had the same thing with a lump under my armpit. It ended up being a swollen lymph node it’s nothing dangerous, just keep hydrated. They can be painful for a week and go usually your either stressed or run down or your body can’t seem to filter properly x

I hope you see this Anna but take it from a gym girlie you won’t get hench from working your upper body, building muscle takes a very very very long time so the girls that are hench are most likely on performance enhancers, training your upper body will help your waist look smaller in comparison and will allow you to look snatched and toned and in proportion

Don't worry about the lump, probably a sebaceous cyst, take some evening primrose oil for cysts, my doctor prescribed me it when I had a lump on my breast before, I had the sebaceous cyst on my bra line

You will eventually enjoy the pain you get from the gym! It’s always worse for me 2 days after. You’ll get used to it!

Yes I work out and my body is sore all the time. Not necessarily pain, just soreness. You fully get acclimated. It really doesn't bother you after a month, and you get so much pleasure from becoming stronger, more energetic, and healthier. Two months in, when you stop working out, you miss the pain.

The lump is most likely an abscess if it grows any bigger it will get more painful and would need To be drained. Or you can get on antibiotics asap

The lump under the armpit i was told was due to hormones by my doctor and i've also been told it can from an ingrown hair best to get checked to be safe but i'm 100% sure its defo more common than we think x x
