This worked! For some reason my phone became disabled in the Android Auto settings. My wife's phone would connect and mine wouldn't but it makes sense now (her phone said enabled and mine said disabled). All good now though. Thank you!!!

is there any country restrictions for android auto ? my one plus international version is seamlessly connecting but not my UAE version of Samsung s23 ultra ..it is not even popping up the USB preferences

I recently upgraded from Sony Xperia 5 ii, which works perfectly with all android auto functions in my Peugeot 3008, my new Xperia 1 iv works for the maps, however I cannot use the phone functions, do you have any resolution for this??

In my Rubicon it was a cord problem. Once I connected Samsung original cord, it worked perfectly! Thank you!!

Quick note!
If you have any pop-up blocker apps like Blokada, turn it off or it will have issues trying to sync.

Maybe can you make a video about connecting android auto wireless to aftermarket android 12 head units? Can get connection on a samsung phone if i turn off bluetooth on phone after starting car then turn bluetooth back on but should connect to AA automatically with no input at all. Guessing a setting issue
