I feel like I never build laundry rooms in the Sims, as I put my washing machine/tumble dryers in my Sims' kitchens, if at all, as I live in England. And having a separate laundry room only exists if you're making 6-7 figures and live in the equivalent of a mansion, or you live in a dorm/flat building of some kind, where there's sometimes a shared laundry, although that's not particularly common in newer flats. Like, my Aunt, who's in her late 70s, has a Utility room, which has her big freezer, her laundry etc. At that's just off her office, but she's retired after being the joint manager of a hotel with my Uncle, and she lives in this huge Tudor cottage in Holywell, which is a very out of the way part of the British countryside (very pretty place, however). I should put a laundry in more builds; maybe I'll steal this bright, airy idea for my Yellow Not So Berry house. Yellow would certainly qualify as 'bright' 😂

I wish they gave us a non functional laundry machine we could place for aesthetic purposes because once you place a laundry machine in game it’s infinite piles of clothes around the house and you running around selling them for 1 simoleon 😭

I'm still so amazed at how easily you know where the 'clutter' items are. When I'm doing it on my PT, I get confused lol
