Thank you, you guys are just awesome! Love from Italy ❤
ОтветитьThanks, helpful video! Appreciate you both.
ОтветитьIf the P is silent, what’s the point? Next you’ll tell me the P in pterodactyl or the T is tsunami is silent. 🤷
ОтветитьThe hip thrust squat with band attached to the wall is a game changer. 🙏🏼 thank you so much. Blessings
ОтветитьThank you so much. You guys are great. People who have a job sitting a lot need to do this from when they are young. Otherwise, when they get old, they will have hip problems like I do, but I am correcting that right now by stopping every 20 to 30 minutes and do the soas musle stretch.
ОтветитьYou two are amazing ! Keep up the good work !
ОтветитьThank you, this has really helped
ОтветитьHaving had a full hip replacement, what happened to my PSOAS muscle after femur head was removed? BTW .... How is Bob getting on??
ОтветитьI believe it is pronounced "Puh-ho-nix"
ОтветитьDont need the band, if your hips arent tight, do a crescent lunge and at bottom 'tuck your tail'/glute contract to accentuate the ileopsoas stretch.
ОтветитьI miss these Very informative and fun videos with both of you. I miss Bob, bring him back!
ОтветитьYou guys are fantastic. Thanks for the tips.
ОтветитьWhat about when you have a tight psoas and an irritated SI joint?
ОтветитьMy psois is giving me a pso ass
ОтветитьI’m so glad I found this video. This instantly helped with my lower back pain with just 10 mins of stretching. Cannot thank you enough!!! 🙏
ОтветитьAll 30 seconds
ОтветитьPsoas Informative
ОтветитьAmazing video as usual. Thank you so much for always helping all of us. I always watch your videos to stay pain free.
ОтветитьCan anyone help in this video they say they have another video on the glutes effecting the hamstring (craps) where is this please
ОтветитьBob and Brad-- you have helped me and my back issues for a long time. I am so grateful for you! Thank you!
ОтветитьYour videos are always so helpful, and even more than that, they’re fun to watch! Thanks for all you do, and thinking of you Bob 😊
ОтветитьHe spanked himself. That’s hilarious. These guys are hysterical
ОтветитьSo I have mispronounced it on purpose as 'soar a**' for obvious reasons. Sorry.
Also my best wishes to Bob. Hope he's doing ok.
Gentlemen I just love you!!!
These exercises saved my so-asssssss
Sending blessings your way, all the way from Costa Rica. 😊
Bob smacking his own a$$ was so funny
ОтветитьYour pronouncing psoas exactly how you said not to pronounce it.
ОтветитьThanks after lumber herniation L5-s1 my buttocks are so tight 😢 hopefully this will help!
ОтветитьThe gluteus maximus shuts down? That's called being a lazy-ass muscle
ОтветитьHaha! I loved it when Brad told Bob that he could feel his glutes while lift his pelvis up, and Bob said “it’s a little strange.” Made me laugh the way he said it. Love you guys! 😂🫶🏻
ОтветитьAre these the same muscles you use when you deadlift?
ОтветитьJust so as you know 😃
ОтветитьWhat are those things called on the wall I need them
ОтветитьThanks guys!! I think a tight psoas has caused my leg to not lift as high which then caused a bad stubbed toe 😞 ran into a stair step. Looking forward to trying these exercises.
Ответитьgluteo amnesia, wow, thanks i have this.
ОтветитьI pronounce it so AZ. But I grew up I'm Mississippi.
ОтветитьOh my. I have hope!!!!
ОтветитьThank you l was in so much pain this is the video that actually help me
ОтветитьPhysio therapists exercises NEVER work. You need real world exercises. Not this fake Masters degree stuff
ОтветитьGluteal amnesia? Is it really amnesia... or you just have it when it comes to the name? I thought it was a joke... but he just kept going like it wasn't.
ОтветитьSo-ASS! Ya'll crack me up 😂 Thank you for your videos! You have helped me immensely 😊
ОтветитьMy left hip has been so tight for years and my left glute is incredibly weak now. Any video suggestions on building strength?
ОтветитьOh wow that has offered some relief for my lower back it was so tight and painful it was even spasming :(
ОтветитьYou sound good, Bob!
ОтветитьOh my gosh that was it! Thank you!!!
ОтветитьAwesome vid. Been dealing with some lower back pain due to tight Psoas from Squatting. These stretches have helped so much
ОтветитьYou guys are the best!!
