ОтветитьI had to do alternative moves for a lot of them. But I've been working out for two months and this is by far the best workout I've gotten, I didn't expect to sweat so much and get my heart rate up that much.

Dealing with rotator cuff pain, really appreciate the difficulty level with no weights to hurt my shoulder. Can add a band/ ankle weights for added challenge 🤷🏻♀️

I've been doing the same 25min leg routine about twice weekly for the past 5 months so I thought I was ready to upgrade. Clearly I'm not 😅Not to this at least. I probably ended up doing about 40% of what you did here

ОтветитьQuestion...should I do the 4 Calisthenic workouts back to back and start again? Or do I take rest days in-between?
ОтветитьThis is the most challenging leg workout I have done. And I would say my fitness level is advanced as I have been working out for years. I do a combination of weights and calisthenetics but lately I have only been doing calisthenetics as I prefer it over weights and this is even more effective than workouts with light to medium weighted dumbbells
