Ramadan Festival 2024: Heritage (Past, Present and Future)

What does Heritage mean to you? For us, it encompasses where we come from, our sense of belonging, and the deep respect we hold for those who paved the way before us.
During Ramadan Festival 2024, we explored the theme of Heritage: Past, Present, and Future. From the diverse cuisines we savoured to the insightful words shared by our speakers, and the iconic locations where we hosted Open Iftar, heritage was woven into every aspect of our journey.
Through initiatives like Fast A Day, we broke bread with colleagues, celebrating our rich cultural legacy together. Across the four home nations, we distributed over 10,000 meals, honouring the diversity of British Muslim Heritage.
We paid tribute to our vibrant heritage through Muslim Heritage Tours with Halal Tourism Britain, embraced fitness and community spirit with Ramadan Run Club, and expressed solidarity through art with Sakina Studio, painting destroyed Gazan mosques.
