I agree but one of my very first attempts at posting videos on you tube to give you context. 😅
ОтветитьAre u plannig to go on hokey after windsufing? 😂, nice helmet, safer then any other..
ОтветитьYou know it's windy when they pull a handkerchief over the mast.
Ответитьvictory at sea session
ОтветитьSuperb!!
ОтветитьFantastic!!
ОтветитьIncredible. 50 knots is absolutely exhausting.
ОтветитьThat is some real wind.
ОтветитьNice! Very tough conditions, you have great courage! Would be great to see more footage!
ОтветитьLooks like you are doing 100% backfoot pressure. Aim for 100% mast foot pressure, that stabilizes and glues the board to the surface of the water.
Do this by applying pressure to the front foot and especially put downward pressure on the boom. Don't forget to keep trimming the sail open and closed even with as much mast foot pressure as possible.
In Hawaii if you wore a helmet people would look at you like you are a nut, but after seeing the Gorge like that, I think one would have to be nutty to not to wear the protection you had on. It doesn't take but one moment of lost focus to have the wind slam that mast across your head or face. Sorry to hear about your knees, I am having a partial knee replacement at the end of May, from a 30 year old windsurf injury.
ОтветитьAwesome!! Had several summers camping at Maryhill and Peach Beach, windsurfing then kitesurfing. Roadtrek camper van, trailer with his and her gear, dog and the 2 of us all the way from Toronto. The other guys were always jealous that I had a girlfriend who windsurfed too. Also she was hot and looked great in a bikini!!
ОтветитьThe reality of sailing:
ОтветитьConventional monohull sailors would not go out in that...but if you insist on sailing a splinter with a sail on it, go ahead & give it a shot!
ОтветитьХуита.
ОтветитьLooks like Hood River Oregon?
ОтветитьIs that blowing up or down stream?
ОтветитьThat was smooooove!
ОтветитьI remember going out solo in 60 mph winds, the fire department came to the lake to watch me😳
ОтветитьI enjoy your video, I always wanted to sail the gorge since the 1980s after seeing many articles in windsurfing magazines however I never got over there unfortunately. Thank you..
