I really needed this ❤ I'm only 6 weeks but I know I'm obese and want to use this time to try and be as healthy and fit as possible for my baby. At the moment my body doesn’t want any food and I have no energy so can't wait to be out of this nauseous phase 😅

ОтветитьI am 26 weeks and 20 lbs gained thus far. I gained 48 with my son who is 3.5 now, and I really want to gain less weight and get back to a healthy weight and strong body sooner than last time. I love Jesus too!! I think I need to pump less to keep my milk more creamy this time around too.

ОтветитьI had three kids and even though I didn't change my diet or exercise and my cravings were fruits and vegetables in all of my pregnancies. At the beginning of all my pregnancies I lost weight but I didn't have morning sickness. In the middle I gained my weight back and at the end I would gain lots of weight. My kids were 9lbs 3oz, 9lbs 12oz and 11lbs 1oz. I didn't have gestational diabetes and breastfeeding was difficult for all three. It's been almost 13 years since I had my last and still have all the weight. Gotta love P.C.O.S.

I’ve actually already signed up for a half-marathon which is next week which I’m going to see how I feel in a few days about and just do what I feel I can do on the day - stay hydrated and continue eating healthily! I am currently on a weight loss journey wanting to lose more weight but only if healthy to do so and…possible! Haha! 😂 I got pregnant first time after going off the pill and over the moon and shocked in the best way ❤

I usually don't gain weight until 6 to 7 months but then gain like 15kg
It's so weird but I shed it like crazy within the first 12 weeks.
I always eat healthy but when I have cravings, I just binge on them until I hate that craving. So for like a day or two I'd be ramming in chocolate 😂 but then the sight of chocolate makes me sick 😂. So if I have like 4 pieces of Cadbury I'd still be dying for it ...

I am expecting our third child and I am super concerned about my weight. I put on a lot od weight during the first two pregnancies, because I felt like s… most of the time. My daughter together with all the fluids was 12kg 🤦🏻♀️, plus I had 12 more to lose after the birth.
This time, I am trying to manage it all better, but I was shocked to see a 5kg weight gain in one month(!) in my first weeks and I didn’t even eat more than before. I probably retain a LOT of water, because I look like 5 months pregnant (not 9 weeks) and I really can’t put much weight on this time around, because I’ll need to be in shape this time to cope.
So yes, I struggle a lot with various physical states - I can’t be hungry, but as soon as I eat, I feel like I consumed a whole horse instead of yogurt with some fruits and oats. Pregnancy for me is totally challenging and I didn’t even mention the exhaustion - as soon as I come back from work, I am just done. I’d love to work out a bit every day, but I just have no energy whatsoever. I can’t breathe properly and I am only 9 weeks in.
I am not overnight, but I feel like a whale with all the excess water or what it is that makes my belly look like I am close to the actual labor.
Women should talk more openly about how challenging this state of being actually is for some of us. It’s HARD as you said 😵💫.
This first trimester have been rough on me with severe morning sickness. Im technically overweight and dont want to gain any more weight. I want to lose and maintain a healthy weight while pregnant if possible. Love your advice!
ОтветитьI am in my 11 weeks pregnant. Thankfully I'm not too nauseous anymore. I don't know, maybe that's a bad sign. I am slightly overweight, and started out that way. My diet was awful and then I cut out simple carbs and sugar, I lost 3 measly pounds over the last 2 months. It seems like I should be losing more weight than this but noooo. 🤦🏼♀️ I guess maybe I've been eating too many calories from dairy products and just overall, even though I'm not eating any more than I had been when my diet was terrible and the food I'm eating is so much healthier. 🙃 I'm frustrated. Time to talk to a nutritionist.

ОтветитьThis is my first pregnancy. I’m chubby and I don’t want gain weight. If I eat just eggs in the morning, salad for lunch, and another healthy meal will the baby be ok? I worry so much about getting enough food for the baby I don’t want them to not have the proper nutrients. When I dieted in the past it did become an ED because I just became so obsessed over results and working out. Pray for me 😭

Is it safe to take post workout drinks while pregnant? In my 3rd trimester?
I'm at 14 weeks 6 days and I went to my appointment with the midwives 2 days ago and I realized I had gained 30lbs since I started. I asked the doctor what I should do about the weight gain and they were extremely dismissive. Since its winter here in Montana its cold and snowy out. The doctor just told me basically, "You can tough it out for 15 minutes out in the cold can't you?" I'm probably going to ignore that comment and try swimming at our gym... Indoor pool of course.

ОтветитьI feel like I'm opposite from most pregnant women. I'm 16 weeks in right now. Started out 50 lbs overweight. Junk food and fast food make me feel nauseous. Only fruits and veggies actually taste good and don't make me sick. Lost 12 lbs so far and feel healthy and energetic 🤷♀️

I'm in beginning of third trimester of my third baby and at my last appointment, found out I had already gained the weight I was supposed to have at the end of my pregnancy. Keeping track of my calories again, while not letting myself go hungry, (lots of protein) and now feeling hopeful I can get back to healthy weight before baby comes. ОтветитьI have to lose weight on my fifth pregnancy. I’m 40lbs overweight. I know what it’s like to have extra weight while pregnant. It’s the WORST. It makes for a harder delivery. It makes it harder to bounce back. It’s about being healthy not a weird skinny pregnant lady.

ОтветитьI gained so much weight from start of pregnancy till 16 weeks (now). About 7kg so far. Really worried I’m gonna be a balloon when I’m done with the pregnancy and will struggle to lose the weight/hate my self. I had that awful type of nausea in the first trimester that can only be relieved by eating unhealthy food (I know!!!). Then I got REALLY sick with covid, so I was in bed for at least 2 weeks, no exercise what so ever (a jump in kgs). I happened to also have changed jobs during the first trimester and went from a fairly active job to a sedentary one. No time to exercise tbh. Worried about putting on more fatty weight on my self/and enlarge my growing butt during the rest of the pregnancy. So stressed about it. Any advice would help!
Ответить1st off I just want to say “Go Girl!” It’s not easy being pregnant but making these videos are fun but editing can be a task n time consuming- I appreciate your spunk-I’m already nauseous half the time so I need to boost! Love your personality- keep doing “you!” Thanks for making this video I’m 15 weeks along and I’ve gained 15 pounds bc I eat whatever to ward off the morning sickness. Lol 😂 but thanks for the tip - I’ll remember to try the healthy stuff first - I was originally a faster - no eating until atleast 1pm or later - now I’m like a little mouse rummaging through the pantry every morning! Lol 😂 I have to laugh to keep from worrying about the weight gain-I’m going to start back working out this week-will use a pregnancy belt- saw that in one of your comments- thanks so much for doing this video! 💕
