Watching these older episodes and it annoys me that the professional chefs didn't stick with the ingredients they were given. But this was the first time where they didn't show what was extra and what wasn't used.

Ingredients not used:

cornstarch
frank's hot sauce

Extras that was added:

2 habanero peppers
some bell peppers
apple cider vinegar
sugar
xanthum gum

I doubt most home cooks have xanthum gum in their kitchen. Sure you can order it online, but I've never seen it in the grocery stores I go to.
