I love Chow Mei Fun! It's one of my all time favorite Asian dishes. My favorite thing to do is make a piece of some kind of white fish; Swai is the best, and eat them together.

ОтветитьWithout the key ingredients dark soy sauce in fried beehoon??? Why carrots??? Where is the choy sum, bean sprouts & big onion ring slices, will taste good. Fragrant oil (fried garlic oil). I wouldn't put sesame oil.

ОтветитьI noticed that you do not use celery in a lot of your dishes. I find that it is very nutritious and should be added when ever necessary. Many Asian cooks include it in their dishes. Do think if you were to cut the noodles it incorporate better with the rest of the ingredients.

ОтветитьI make this occasionally, but i use boneless chicken breast instead of eggs. And i add celery too. But no matter how it's prepared, this is a superb dish! Love it! ❤️
