We tried to grill beef and chicken Japanese Yakitori style on the Weber Searwood XL 600 in honor of Donni's return from his trip to Japan. It took took some rigging to get it right, but the results were delicious.

Plus, Donnie brought snacks, sake, and all sorts of goodies from Japan for us to try and it was a blast. Check it out!
