Mai Fernandez Testifies at Markey Hearing

Mai Fernandez is the Director for the National Center for Victims of Crime.

She testified on March 8 at a public hearing in NYC to look at reforming how the state deals with child sex abuse crimes, specifically whether to update the state's archaic statute of limitations in criminal and civil cases, which now protect abusers and those who hide them.
