Stop do not buy once they drop your tiny home they will not respond you about promblems, and things you paid for that they did not do.and there are plumping and electrical problems you will have to pay to have redone.

400 a month lot rent for 5 years is 24 thousand dollars. So 60 k minus 24k equals 36k for your new home. But after 5 years you are paying that 4,800. A year lot rent plus electric and etc. just imagine if they have 100 boxes, wow! Guarantee they won't be living there. Because you made them all rich.
