ОтветитьJessica- this is my 3rd baby, 10 weeks today. Your videos are the best! With my 2nd baby, your videos were my jam and did 2 a day. I did your pelvic floor exercises whenever I was sitting relaxing. I had my baby girl at home, within 6 hours, no tearing and easy peasy! My recovery was a breeze. My midwife was impressed with the power of my pushes, and I just have to say THANK YOU! Your entire video series is just amazing, and I'm happy to see so many new videos for my 3rd pregnancy. From a truly happy mama, THANK YOU, and please keep doing what you're doing!

ОтветитьI have been doing your classes since my first trimester, currently 31 weeks along, and they have been great! This is one of my favourite workouts because it combines the relaxation and stretch of yoga with the strength training of pilates. I didn't see any other yoga/pilates fusion videos so i was wondering if you would be making any more? Or even a pilates video specifically for third trimester. I am finding that with my growing tummy pilates is getting a bit more challenging than it was a few weeks ago. Thank you!
