Sims 2 also is interesting because if someone tries to flirt with a Sim in a relationship (even if Sim turns down the interaction) they still will get branded a cheater. Especially bad with the University pack because the evil cow mascots will flirt with people a lot.

Left out that others can tell spouses/partners about cheating, if they witness it (Sims 2). That was the best situational response that I wish they kept.

I've been playing the sims 1 literally since before I could properly read and I never knew that a sim could walk out on their partner that's crazy! Do they go back to the bin or do they totally disappear like when kids go to military school?

I dont know about the other games, but in sims 4, i hate when a random ass sim starts flirting with my sim then the whole relationship is ruined

Somehow I got, (til death do us apart) cuz the gloom laughed to death but luckily for me the bride was a high level witch. I instantly resurrected the Gloom... And everyone happy.

I made my sim's husband cheat on her with the maid, and I literally had to MAKE her do something about it; be angry, fight, yell or something! The maid got pregnant and she took care of the baby lmaoo. I don't even have to mention which version of the sims I played this in

This is why I make my Sims finish the Serial Romantic Aspiration first.

In sims 4 sims with the ( loyalty? ) trait feel extremely bad after cheating and can’t woohoo or flirt well unless they confess. After they confess their partners trust is broken and they need to try and regain it. kinda better but still bland

In my sims 3 game I had a sim that was cheating on her husband with The fairy richter steel. It was crazy cause steel was her husbands boss and best friend. So they had woo hoo and the kids saw it and told the dad right away. The wife took her and steels baby but her (ex) husband couldn’t hold back anymore. It was snowing deep and the husband straight up booked a taxi and found where she was and broke up with her. The babysitter was on call😂I was laughing cause he legit was following her around in the snow just to break up with her.

In Sims two, when my Sim was single, she was dating around with a bunch of different guys and when she finally committed to one, one of the fling guys left a box of fucking chocolates on the porch and the new guy, read it and immediately got furious
