uggh, the FOH in this one made me tear up. Outrageous. Take notes kids, the food is unquestionably some of the finest in the world but its the service that is making this truly spectacular. Now i WANT to go. Good lord. perfection

I personally don’t understand the value of fine dining but obviously that is just a personal opinion. I’m glad there are some people out there that will pay these exorbitant expenses so that chefs can create new interesting ideas which will eventually become more wide spread an obtainable for everyone else. But I wouldn’t be caught dead paying 2000 euro for a single dinner lol

It feels like they should wear gloves while they are handling these expensive wine bottles and plates.

This has since become one of my favorite channels on YT. I love to travel, but many of my culinary adventures during said travels are from night markets, little holes in the walls, local favorites. Very seldom do I ever get to visit a place with a michelin star, but here you give us a beautiful view into some of the greatest, most prestigious and creative restaurants in the world.

Looks amazing and I am sure it is wonderful. In my 30s and 40s I would have loved this. In my 50s I now find it all a bit exhausting.

They gave you the reciple knowing its all about the execution, timing and temperature control. Thats what makes a good sauce. 2 sides. Ingredients and execution because the very same ingredients can taste 100 different ways depending on... You got it.

The french of Normandy are originally vikings, that part of france was conceded to them as a peace agreement because they wanted Paris. I have a feeling France would be loved more if they did take Paris 😂😂

Plénitude — The décor, the lighting, the atmosphere as a whole, all serve as the perfect backdrop for a feast for the senses.

The service is more than impeccable, it elevates the spirit to a level not seen in any other establishment (I speak for myself) and is a great pleasure to experience at second hand.

The meal itself is a fantastic journey from sauce to sauce that intrigues and excites me. That sardine with fennel and tarragon almost brought tears to my eyes.

The wines, ah, the wines. I don't like drinking wine, but that's my problem. I never had any desire to learn how to appreciate wine ... until now. This meal has made me sad for my ignorance even while I enjoy your pleasure. At least I can enjoy your enjoyment. As I said, it's easy for me to enjoy at second hand.

If I had the wherewithal to choose where to go for a complete gustatory experience, a treat for all my senses, I would be very happy to sit down at a table — and perhaps even a seat at the Chef's table — in the dining arena of Plénitude.

Wine is so overpriced.

Just had dinner here… it was awesome! If you get the opportunity give it a try! Love the focus on sauces and desserts were excellent. Desserts I particularly I liked as they were balanced and complex vs. just being sugar bombs. As he said wine list is amazing!

Most certainly the most exciting experience you shared on this channel. I've been watching other visits like an enjoyment, but with this one I was mouth-watering from the beginning to the end.
