Wow. Just, wow. Thank you, Joe T. This took me to a beautiful place, on a mountain on a tropical island, overlooking the ocean with other islands in the distance at dusk (my favorite time of the day). And there, I actually met my spirit guide. He said I was welcome to come back any time, and he would talk to me more. This visit was more about the joy of just meeting. He has been waiting for this moment since before I was born (I turned 60 recently). So there was a lot of joy, and laughter, He's a joker, too - like me. Great sense of humor! I love him, and cannot wait to meet with him again and get some answers and guidance and knowledge. Again, THANK YOU, Joe!

Last night I fell asleep listening to this and I had a lucid dream (First time I listened to this one).

It was full of challenges that I had to go through with my best friend and at the end, when we were going home, I had an immense desire to look behind me to a certain direction and I saw my grandmother, who passed away around 15 years ago.

I immediately woke up and questioned whether it was real or a product of my psyche, but I gave thanks for absolutely everything in my life nonetheless when I felt super warm waves passing over my body constantly in response for many minutes, as I continued to try to communicate out of joy!

I implore you all to try this one!!!

I don't know why but this is getting glitchy and it's a shame as it's one of my favourite Meditations

Edit 1. I felt it, but I rejected it. Unknowingly I did. But I saw glimpses of what they looked like. I was in the middle of a meadow tall grass surrounding us, and a small stream next to us, it was a lion. I’ll try again to get a more clear picture but I’m pretty sure I was too scared my first time.

I had dreams about my cat and lots of red roses and pollen all night. Maybe my cat is trying to tell me she is my spirit guide. Which does not surprise me at all. Thank you for this! 🙏

At first, I just saw a white light figure, until it took a cartoonish old woman figure. When I told her I'm really having a hard time talking to her in that form, she changed into this gorgeous woman and even teased me how I am always attracted to pretty women 😅 (She even told me, she can take the figure of the woman I adore) At first, she was naked, but when we started talking deeper over a cup of coffee, she suddenly was wearing a red dress. Her name was Mary and boy, she's kinda grumpy 😅 but I guess I can't blame her, she told me how things just kept on repeating, as if I never learned my lessons. And as I dig deeper on what does Red mean in spiritual aspects, it means you're ready to take actions. I believe, that's her way of saying she supports me with my Spiritual journey and always has my back.

I often do this lucid dream and introduce my friends to it. They are asleep not far into it but yesterday I did it and felt my spirit guide
SO STRONG, they took my hand firmly and raised my arm. It felt like a male presence as when my hand was taken it was strong and I came out of the dream. I tried and tried to go back the next day. When I asked some question I heard a soft whistle everytime. I couldn't make it out but I will keep trying. Usually I hear my answers loud as if they are shouting to make themselves heard from afar but not this time. This is so interesting. Thank you so much Joe Traecy 🙏❤️🌞 be with you. Laura xxx

I used this for the first time, I struggle with visualizing and struggle falling asleep, I was very aware of my original surroundings and it was hard to focus on one place or thing. I was looking into darkness and I wasn't sure if things were working. I was getting really excited about this, and came to the conclusion that a fox named Cleo was with me. It was difficult to get clear answers without my mind choosing an answer for me- and I got really restless and jumpy (which is weird bc that is how fox's act.) I wasn't really sure how to feel about the situation bc i didnt necessarily feel connected. I wasn't able to make it through the whole thing, but I did start to feel a longing for colorado and the forests, which is where I moved from. I felt really homesick. I opened my eyes around the hour and 5 mins mark. I think I'll try this again sometime

I'm afraid too and surely there are more people who are afraid, but I know that my spirit guides protect me and that yours are protecting you. So keep that in mind. We're all doing this together, you are not alone 💕

I listen to this every night and as I soon as I hear the voice I am hooked, as if I am already there. Its truly amazing. I have met my spirit guide they shout as as if they are distant and need me to hear them. This is amazing and so comforting. ❤️🙏

Well it didn't work for me kinda, when I had my eyes closed I could see the usual stuff but then I just saw a black void in the shape of a wolfs eye which expanded until I could only see the void. I can read into this a lil but shit seems cool

I didn’t encounter my spirit guide, but 2/3 of the way in I “saw” a really bright light and my body started vibrating intensely and the energy moved from my torso upwards towards my head and then off my body.

Does anyone know what this could mean?

I did it....and ....well I saw my mother crying screaming she takes it all back then she looked at me and walked to me and just looked at me and asked how i got in her head...it was a dark plase

Note to self: never do a guided meditation after taking my sleep meds because I passed out 20 minutes into this 😂 but I did achieve the goal I had while using this, which was to connect with Hecate since I felt it was time to start deity work. I didn't get any kind of lucid dreaming, but right as I was at the point of not quite awake and not quite asleep, I heard a woman's voice urging me to sleep and that's when I let myself fall asleep! And whilst I normally have some kind of dream I can at least vaguely remember before waking up, last night it was just pitch black. Deep down I know I ended up connecting with Hecate, even if it didn't exactly happen as I had intended. I am very excited to start this new path and thank you for making this video because it helped me a lot!

I dreamt of a five headed snake. I'm not sure to be afraid or not

I did this I dreamt a wall opened a small hole and they nestled inside is Thomas my Pygmy owl, and he walked onto my hand opened his eyes wide and stared it mine and opened his wings they were magnificent. I woke up with tears rolling down my cheeks.

Ok I thought that i was doing it wrong at first.. i was in a black room and i hear the name Hercules. And i saw at first a black hood and a face hidden inside of it. Actually he was kinda rude. I was in a black room so that i wouldn't be able to see him. He didn't want to show his self for some reason. But eventually i asked him one more time kindly and he showed his self and we transferred to a mountain full of flowers and a beautiful sunset. He was more gentle this time but suddenly i opened my eyes. Idk is this true i clearly heard the voice hercules and a voice inside my head answering 😭

After reading some of the comments, I’m definitely going to try this soon & I really hope it works. I’m very intuitive with my surroundings & extremely interested to see how my experience goes. Hummingbirds, turtles and ladybugs are a consistent presence- no matter the season for years. -Thanks for the video, can’t wait to try it☺️
