ОтветитьI am 59 yo... I have decided to start with the very first chalenge and work my way up to the most current one.
It will take just over 2 years to achieve that, but I am not a quitter. Wish me luck!
My weight loss journey started on the treadmill March 2023, by October 1st 2023 I have lost 25lbs, 1 hour a day, without days off.
Then I have stress injured the 4th left metatarsal and I was left unable to workout on the treadmill.
I am starting Chloe Ting today, with low impact version and lots of improvised moves so I can protect my foot.

11/10/23 Day 1: ✅ Did the modified versions, barely made through it.
12/10/23 Day 2: ✅ Totally didn't feel like doing it, but just did right before dinner.
Day 6 of Slim Thigh Challenge and this cool down & stretch video has become like a pair of welcoming arms after an intense workout session 😄 Like a comment here suggested I've started to play with video on x0.75 speed in order to get a deeper stretch and relief for my muscles. I've noticed that I no longer suffer from DOMS quite as much, maybe it's my muscles adapting to working out again or maybe the thorough stretching helps in recovery.
ОтветитьI am extremely sedentary. I'm on day one of the two week challenge. I confess that I cheated a little, but it was more about adapting some exercises so that I could do them. I'm so tired. I hope I managed to maintain discipline and do everything correctly. But I loved that you showed adaptation of most of the exercises for those just starting out. Thank you very much!
ОтветитьStarted the 2020 Flat Tummy Challenge after 23 days of break & this feels HEAVENLY after Day 1's routine! Im doing this cooldown routine after 3 years & this has got really good stretches. I'll do this from now on.

Did it at x0.75 & i feel more relaxed today.

Day 1 of Slim Thigh Challenge DONE! 🎉 This is my first challenge (and video in general) that I do from Chloe and even though I’m soaked in sweat and sooo tired, I feel proud of myself for getting through these first videos. After two difficult strength exercise videos for thighs and abs, this was like coming home to something familiar. I love yin yoga and most of these poses I’ve done countless times. So I’m ending on a very positive note. And tomorrow I’ll be back at it again 💪🏻

ОтветитьJust finished my last day of the 2 week ab shred challenge!!! Thank you so much Chloe for these workouts. I’ve seen so much improvement in my strength, stamina, and all round well being just in the last two weeks! I can even do a pitiful push-up now!!
I plan on doing this challenge over again after a rest day, just to really hone in on my ability to complete them without breaks — and I’m even considering adding resistance bands (we’ll see about that lol)
To anyone wondering if this is worth it — ABSOLUTELY. Regardless of visual changes, the overall increase in strength, stamina, and mental stability has been more valuable than anything. Plus I’m just really freakin stoked to discover that I’m capable of being consistent and determined — which is just 🤯🤯🤯 what??? What else can I accomplish if I’m capable of this?? It carries through from physical workouts to everyday life, and it’s amazing.
Hello Chloe, please have a restart program button on your page. So that even if we left the program in the middle few months ago, we can still start over again from day 1. We can see the days which we completed but after watching the videos of that particular day it drags us to the day which we left doing as continuation.

2:yoruldum ama tamamladım bazı hareketleri yapamıyorum onlar yerine farklı hareketler yapıyorum mola verince daha kolaylaşıyo
3:bu gün farklı işlerimde vardı o yüzden çok geç başladım 4. Videonun bitmesine bir kaç dakika kala bıraktım kendimi fazla zorlamak istemiyorum biraz da açım ama sonraki günler mücadeleye devam💪

I will track my progress for the 2 weeks shred challenge here:
Day 1: ✅ It was tough, but I got it done with some modifications
Day 2: ✅ Even tougher than yesterday, but done with some modif
Day 3: ✅ I really didn't think I could complete all workouts for today, but I made it!
Taking longer breaks and putting on my favorite music did help me on the way.
Day 4: ✅Rest day.
Day 5: ✅Completed and it was bit easier than before! My wrists hurt a little bit though because of so many exercises in high plank positions
Day 6: ✅ Done! It went very well! My wrists still hurt though.

Just finished Day 6 of the 2019 2-Week Shred Challenge! Took an extra day off yesterday but I managed to motivate myself enough to continue!

I just finished day 1 of the “Two Week Shred Challenge”. Today was really hard but I don’t regret it… I feel hopeful that this will work. I’m definitely a little sore but the cool down helped a lot. I’m sure I had terrible form and I definitely skipped some exercises but I feel good. Good and tired. I’ll update y’all on day 4!
Ответитьeveryone: PLEASE do the warm up and this cool down part especially for your first few days! if u haven't exercised in a while. you will be SO SORE the next day when you wake up, like it will hurt to sit down. I know because I skipped this on day 1 and I totally regret it lol

ОтветитьToday is my first day of the two week challenge. I'm already so tired, but I'll keep going. The comments under the videos motivate me so much. Results now Waist: 65, Hips: 90, Legs: 53. My goal is Waist 60-62, Legs 45-48. I guess my chest will also lose weight ... it's so sad ...

ОтветитьGirlie so I started my workout on July 1 and I didn’t know that in order to save my progress I needed an account so I made one, but it wont let me set my first workout on July one 😭 its only letting me set it on July 2 which us today
