The sixth presenter in Volpe’s Beyond Traffic speaker series, Harry Lightsey, is executive director of the Global Connected Customer Experience in the Global Public Policy organization for General Motors.
Lightsey joined GM in spring 2012 as director of federal affairs for OnStar, Infotainment, and Strategy Development. He retired from AT&T in 2009 after serving as president of the Southeast Region and as its senior vice president of legislative and external affairs. His 26-year telecommunications career began at Southwestern Bell in 1982.
