The black division sounds to have a British Accent but my theory is that they are the counterpart to the Russian government creating their pmc group. They might be very well a British or American copy of the bears. Their orders are to research and extract the norvinsk region with highly sensitive information about terragrroup or current overall Tarkov and work as a shadow black ops group.

Black division is absolutely ex deltas and SAS. Its little tidbits of info ive gleaned from their tactics that give it away. Stuff like how they dumped their 24hr bags outside the breach before entering the objective

I personally think the black division might actually be CIA special activities division since they have special forces training, use western gear, speak English with a (maybe?) american accent and most importantly they don't seem to mind killing USEC pmcs which would actually put them at more of a disadvantage of not exploiting them as assets who have had time in the field

My money is that Sanitar and Therapist used to be married but due to both having a massive work load and very clearly both having aggressive dominant personalities they divorced before the shit hit the fan. However when things went south both still cared about each other and started to work together behind the scenes. On what is a mystery though. They may even have differing goals hence why they split in the first place. She still clearly cares at least a bit though.

I think Terra Group was trying to make superhumans in order to allow humanity to push through a nuclear fallout. This would explain almost all the scav bosses and cultists resilience as they could have been experiments or they found some special injectors.

I wouldn't be too surprised if, when the Black Division is added, whatever maps they spawn on become actual warzones, with Russian and UN forces also spawning and basically catching scavs and PMC's in the crossfire, hired by Terragroup to effectively wipe Tarkov, and Terragroup's presence in it, off the face of the earth. With more urban maps, denser firefights, and more organized npc forces, it wont be long until npc wars are commonplace.

Spec Ops and Special Forces are not the same. USEC might be considered the Spec Ops for Terra while the Black Division is a separate PMC or mercenary group that are considered Special Forces. Special Forces are the guys u mentioned who go behind enemy lines and train local insurgents or in this case strike deals with the local population. Whether it be financially or materially, it isn't farfetched to believe that the Black Division has some dealings going on with the Scavs.

I think by the end of the story, when things get fleshed out for a sort of questline and ending, it will come to head with Black Division along possibly with who we are as a PMC and our choices. I think a pivotal moment will be who we end up siding with in the Chemical Questline, Therapist, Skier, or Prapor. Further down the line, we'll likely be told to brave the bowls of Terra Labs and pull some information, then we either go after Black Division or get hunted by them and then have to turn the tables. I think Fence will be important, his eyes and ears seem everywhere with the scavs, and we really don't know a thing about the man, he may just point us toward Black Divison, and after gaining his trust tell us who their boss may be. I've little doubt our target is this mysterious item they seemed so determined to retrieve, and it will be our job to pry it from the bastard's cold dead hands. From there, the importance of our previous decision comes into play as well as who we are, possibly for a BEAR you need to go to Prapor to secure a means of extraction or if USEC to go to Peacekeeper, then it is on who we are as a person, if we've been trying to be more helpful such as giving aid to Therapist with the supplies and the chemicals, our end goal is to get this item out to independent media to show the world what Terra Group was doing. If taking this path, our PMC has to get Fence to help them disappear, and by the end, with a new identity and off radar, we see that Terra Group is under extensive investigation and shakeups from government officials and public outrage. On the other hand, if we are helping Skier, gave him the chemicals and we out for ourselves, he is the one helping us, we still need Fence, but Skier wants us to ice Black Division as well as get some info from Terra Lab to contact Terra Group HQ and let them know their lethal Black Division has a bullet in its brain, though they should thank him for not having to pay such a pathetic man who couldn't even protect himself, much less company secrets, and that whatever money they were wasting down the drain on Black Division to do the job should instead go to him, and to Us, promising their package along with further cooperation, possibly if we are USEC this allows us to get Terra Group to think of us as a replacement of sorts, and by the end, we get a handsome pay and are moved back to the west away from Tarkov, living with considerable luxury and in service to the company, as with their data, their name in the clear with all evidence destroyed, and possibly the chemicals from the lab, things are looking quite bright for them.

One dealer you missed was Ragman, who has a vested interest in the shopping mall on Interchange and always seems busy. My guess is that like skier, he is a major capitalist/business magnate who has massive connections predating the contract wars and is trying to maintain/reestablish his empire in the wake of everything going to hell.
I also have a theory on Killa and Tagilla that Killa was a massive playboy who was always looking to "make it big" and saw the chaos as an easy way to be the superstar he saw himself as. Meanwhile Tagilla was a more honest and hardworking man who has stayed at the factory because he felt that through his labor is where is made his name. Just my 2 theories going off your vid here.

Theory on Sanitar: He worked at the Resort/Sanitarium primarily and it seems he was offered by TerraGroup after they moved into the region. Sanitar was then given free reign to develop stimulants and drugs, probably because he was legitimately amazing at his job. However, it seems he exported his own testing to the Resort residents either because TerraGroup wouldn't give clearance or he was suspect of TerraGroup and wanted to keep control of his own creations. If Jaeger is simply harsh on Sanitar (heck Jaeger even seems to hate everyone BUT Mechanic you included) or if Sanitar is an amoral monster, the therapist wants access to whatever Sanitar can give, and that's likely a metric ton of medical equipment and supplies, plus his expertise regarding surgery and (bio)chemistry. Sanitar in turn wants his documents and notes that got left behind, likely as part bargaining chip to get out, and to make medical headlines and money. I mean we had an event where Obdolbos made you a god (or killed you) so he's probably really close to a kind of wonder drug that makes the body just "work" at peak for sometime; 30 minutes ingame is like 3-4 hours real time so his challenge is slowing drug metabolization while lowering the dose to prevent the truly nasty side effect and make it a "take twice a day". For most people, just getting up to move around, stop experiencing pain constantly or have more control of their mind and body is enough, they don't need to be super human.

Shturman theory: He and his guards are former dock workers based on their names, with Shturman possibly being once in charge of a shipping boat himself; the other option is former Navy since Jaeger mentions they shoot well. Dude is probably very aware of what Terragroup is up to and their not at the Saw Mill for something as simple as cornering the lumber market in a small area there are 3 Violet Keycard spawns and he sits right on top of one, and TerraGroup may have another buried secret their as well; for instance Skier has you plant a camera there and spots "fat rats", on Interchange this is explained by Kiba, on Customs by it being a dorms route. On Woods though, it's pointed at open water so I feel this leads to the possibility of Shturman and goons moving things from Woods to another location, possibly in exchange for supplies. So whatever it is Shturman has a trusted outsider buyer for whatever he's selling, and he got enough of it that merely smuggling himself out isn't yet worth it; and the man is persistent, ingame the only boss to canonically to flip the bird at your attempt at killing him.
