Neanderthals never went extinct, they were absorbed into the modern human genome..without them ….I would not exist..

If Neanderthals never went extinct, then they wouldn't be regarded as a separate species today. Rather, they would be regarded as a different race, similar to how we classify Caucasians, Asians, Africans, etc.
Neanderthals having a lower average iq would likely be attributed to cultural or economic factors, not due to genetics. As this would have an unpopular political implication to say it's genetic. Acknowledging that Neanderthals are dumb would get you labeled a racist.

It would be really chaotic ! Imagine having Homosapien, Neanderthals, Denisovans, etc sharing the same space like accommodation, work, school, etc. I am sure even the UN would need to change its name to accommodate this diversity. If they ever came back, they wouldn’t last long. One of the reasons why they went away in the first place was because unlike us, they couldn’t adapt fast enough.
