ОтветитьHi Don. I want to thank you for your videos. My resume was good because I was getting interviews but I was not advancing after the first or second stage. Your videos have helped me tremendously and I got the job I really wanted as a Finance Systems Manager. I wanted to share my appreciation.
ОтветитьDear you need to use speaker, to avoid too low volume
ОтветитьWhy is there a gap on your resume? So, they want to hear what you were doing to improve yourself. OK, do you see that this is a different question? The question was not what did you do to improve yourself during your unemployment. The question was why were you not working.
ОтветитьThank you I am going to an interview and I feel better prepare because of you, you are a blessing thank you very much…

Ответитьgo ahead and tell them that you were fired because you couldn't deliver. .... you won't get hired
Ответитьtheres no answers online to the questions like "how to handle other workers when there is a change in policy?" i failed that interview.

Ответитьmuchisimas gracias 🤟
ОтветитьDon, great video! My only comment is that you're struggling to imitate a monotone voice to make the point because your voice is so naturally good and confident.
ОтветитьI needed this thank you
ОтветитьOne of the best YT videos I’ve found that will help me prepare for my job interview. So many other interview videos are super long and don’t get to the point. This video is great with all most common questions asked with good explanations on how to answer each of them. Thank you!!
ОтветитьThank you Don! I got the job through using your tips and guidance. I'll be graduating pharmacy school this month and I was fortunate enough to land the hospital job I desired.
ОтветитьThank you for going into the purpose behind the questions. I felt more confident in my responses at an interview today because I understood what they were looking for. :)
ОтветитьJust finished my interview and already have a gut feeling in my stomach. The ending in your video made me feel better for next time.
ОтветитьYOU ARE GREEDY! T
This kind of thing really pisses me off!
YOU JUST LOST A VIEWER!!
There is no other reason for as many damn commercials as you allow.
I will seek information elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the best videos on interviewing! Thank you 🙏

ОтветитьI cannot memorize the reply, I wish to memorize theses
ОтветитьRelocation Question: I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American. Male. My late father passed away in 2003. However, even when I was in high school, (please note my birth year, and the time era) my Dad brought up the concept of, "What if you were to be relocated to Atlanta?" (for work) For me, that scared me. Nothing against Atlanta. I think that he used Atlanta as an example, because it's pretty much in the "opposite corner" of the USA from Seattle. Maybe, asking "What if you were to be relocated to New York or Los Angeles" wasn't as dramatic as Atlanta, although if it was "opposite corner of the country," I wonder why my Dad didn't say Miami, Orlando, or Jacksonville. With me, it's about my ATTITUDE. If I were born and raised in Atlanta (not like there are any Japanese-Americans in Atlanta), and had the same attitude, I'd want to live and work in Atlanta, and relocating to Seattle would be a "dreaded move."
ОтветитьGreat video, Don. I welcome you and anybody else to weigh in on this "greatest weakness" of mine: "More often than not, unless something is gravely wrong, I tend to err on the side of 'not making waves.' However, the positive side to that is, because I don't speak critically very often, when I do speak up, it tends to be given more credibility."
