I keep failing my driving test

Nice video good tips. i have failed a few tests because of nerves last test i just failed right the end for something stupid that i don’t even do normally nerves just get to me, hopefully next time will get it, examiner even said your a good driver just a stupid mistake i over think things, i don’t go with my gut on my test.

I failed twice, and I don't want to take the test anymore because I think I am not gifted to drive. Being a young person, I should be able to learn driving quickly and pass the driving test for the first or the second time. However, I failed two times, meaning that I do not have the gift to handle a vehicle, I feel ashamed of myself. All of my friends, who are as young as I am, passed their driving tests for the first or the second time. I couldn't do that, something must be wrong with me, maybe I should just quit.

Failed yesterday but for something really stupid and avoidable (have been ready for months, even my instructor said). It was going so so well, only 4 minors - would be nice if I could get another test within the next 6 months in Bletchley.

ive failed twice in a row now, my instructor has said my driving's amazing and he knows i should pass but i have always had really bad anxiety for test and with my driving tets my anxiety is awful. ive got my third tomorrow lets just hope my anxiety isnt bad

The driving test agency in the UK is a racket and a scam. Fundamentally unethical "organisation". These examiners are often old failures who never amount to much. Frankly I wish nothing but pain in their lives. I take joy in knowing how little they get paid to inflict emotional abuse on innocent people LOLL

Hi everyone please wish me good luck i am doing my class 2 hgv driving license i failed 3 times and same mistake every time because of nerves and anxiety so i have booked it hopefully i am gonna pass this time.

I passed my car driving test first time in 2014 but couldn’t pass my lorry my instructor is surprised too because he said my ready for the test but no matter what when the test starts every time i got scared and do the silly mistakes so i think i need a bit of luck this time

Failed my 3rd test today. I can drive perfectly fine by myself. Every time I take it I get more nervous because it’s so embarrassing for me to take it again. All my friends passed on the first time. I feel like a loser if I’m being honest.

Travis, I’ve been driving since the day I turned 17 and I’m almost 21 now… I’ve done 4 tests and it’s really affecting my confidence 😢 the last test, the examiner said he “enjoyed the drive” but I went through a stop sign on a tight road (with parked cars that obstructed my view) so failed… with NO MINORS😅….
Honestly I’m a safe driver and performance anxiety does get the best of me

My problem is that I put so much pressure on myself for passing the test,I failed twice and on the sec test I told myself if you don't pass maby you're not a person to drive and give up,but I know that I really need my license and there's no choice but keep trying

Failed my 4th attempt yesterday 😢
My first attempt was in September 2020 and I failed at a junction within the first 15 min of the test. It was covid times so didn't complete the test went back to the centre. I had passed the reverse bay park before that happened. I wasn't ready in my opinion.
Because of covid I had minimal lessons after that and my theory test lapsed so had to do it again!
Things improved last year, although now it's a much longer wait for a test.
2nd attempt was Nov 22 I had zero minors until the last 15 min did the park on the right maneuver and didn't stop for a car. As well as that serious I got 4 minors after that as I knew I failed.
3rd attempt I got a test one month after the previous one and that helped alot with my confidence. I failed on the reverse bay parking. With zero minors for the rest of the drive.
4th attempt yesterday, 3 months after the last. The examiner was amazing! passed me on my reverse bay park despite it being awful 😂 10 min before the end I went through a filter at the light completely stupid mistake! I was so mad at myself. 1 minor for my parking but an otherwise perfect drive.

I have to say everytime I have had amazing examiners they are so lovely and helpful. They have told me my driving is generally good. My parking/maneuvers is 100% the main area I need to work on as I failed twice for this and could've failed yesterday for the same thing. The other is general awareness of what is going on around me as that is what happened yesterday I wasn't fully focused.
I am 40 so an old learner hoping it's 5th time lucky. I have improved over each test but mostly not feeling as anxious and being confident but not overly so. Problem is to actually get a test as that's the hardest thing now.

ive got my test in 2 days and ive failed 6 times already and i keep failing because i think of how all the time and money i spent has been built up to this one moment and also if i get the license i will be able to drive myself and my sister to school which would help us financially alot because currently we live in a dorm near the school and it aint cheap ill tell you that. I tried not thinking about these thinks during the test but its impossible and i also tried taking some pills to calm but that just gave me a panic attack. I really hope to pass the test this time...

Hey Travis. I got failed today on my test for undue hesitation at the traffic lights because I didn’t proceed when the light turned yellow (it remained yellow for about 5 seconds) before turning green. I only proceeded once it turned green. I feel like this isn’t right? I’ve been taught for 45 hours now by various instructors and never have I known that I must proceed at a yellow light.

i failed 2 time in my exam , not getting the confidence if i will be able to make it in 3rd time , feels like , i might again miss some small thing , just to add on that i have been driving in uk from last 5 months on international license but dont know how to go from here

Hello from the States. I have taken almost 20 hours of driving lessons. I do not own an car, so I only get to drive from cars rented at my driving school. My instructors say that my driving skills have greatly improved and I usually perform the maneuvers required for my test well. However, I have failed the test twice, already.

Hello I failed my 3rd test in September with 1 major fault being observations at junctions please can I get some advice. ☺️

Most people fail because DVLA is a business they r not exam system. They want people to fail so the government can get money simple. If they genuinely wanted people to pass as they say. They would have charged less for the tests.

I failed my 1st behind the wheel test, and I am going to practice more so I can pass next month for my 2nd attempt

I failed my 2nd test today.
First test I failed because a car on the roundabout didn't signal but I could see he was turning off at his first exit so I moved onto the roundabout but as he didn't signal I should have waited until he was completely off of the roundabout.

Today I failed for the dumbest thing...I didn't check my right blindspot a single time in the 4 times he asked me to pull over on the left and set off again, today's fail was the most frustrating because I ALWAYS check my blindspot but for some reason today I failed to remember 4 times in a row to check it and just checked my centre and right mirror.

It's deflating and frustrating but I'm going to book another one asap and hopefully 3rd time will do it for me, don't give up folks, never give up.

I've had two failed driving tests, and my third one was scheduled for today. However, the day before my test my instructor told me he couldn't take me because he thinks my confidence is too low. He mentioned that I know what to do, but my nerves get the best of me, leading to issues like rolling back and stalling at junctions and roundabouts. Sometimes, I struggle with making decisions in situations from overthinking. I've been driving for three years and had over 90 hours of lessons, but it's disheartening to feel capable yet not perform as well as I believe I can. Now, I have to retake my theory test. Despite these setbacks, I won't give up, but it's been tough on my confidence.

I failed with 2 serious faults and 10 minors, in mock tests i was fine and passed both althohgh i completely forgot basic rules and messed up,

Unfortunately, I failed my driving test today, I feel it was abit harsh I got 1 serious 5 miners but I feel the serious was a miner too, just annoying now I have to wait to get another chance I know I can drive. It does give you a heavy heart, though, especially when you have spent so much time driving. Maybe it just wasn't my time, but I do wish it wasn't so long until I could retake it and get that second chance.

If it was was me, I would just wave the white flag 😞🏳️

Took my first test back in 2011.passed in 2024 in 11th attempt,I gave up after 9 tests,on manual in 2016.started again in 2024 passed on 2nd attempt on automatic

I have failed already 4th time. I will take another 15 hours of lesson. I am not sure if it is gonna work but What else I can do
