The concept is good but if you give your code to a client for 199, what prevents the client from simply take that system and sell as his own? (He has the code)

Well, nice, but isn't the market is already occupied with such services? Using these SaaS'es or just their own solutions? Sure, you can rent a server and run all these SaaS'es, but who gonna use them? This video omits a lot of marketing you have to do to attract customers, and developer time you have to spend to make your service worth using over other million similar ones. And that's no easy feat. And it doesn't guarantee to pay off in the end.

Do you need your own payment processor or do they supply you with one if you want to sell this as a service?

Codecanyon scripts aren't that good though better off using no code to develop. Although they are decently affordable and you can customize them so they make a good template.

Full of bug script most of time! its so hard to earn money such projects. All story.

1) Can we use regular license for commercial use or need to buy extended license?
2) After build one tool site do we need to update the script coding system manually or they update automatically itself (if we don’t know programming)?

all of these softwares are useless without the ability to manage, support and customize them, they are full of bugs, security issues and need a lot more than just installation

What type of hosting do you recommend ? I use a shared hosting with good ressources for a script but with a SaaS like Acelle, it may be necessary to plan a lot of resources I guess

2. Why I need to pay maintanence to you after purchase
3. What benefits you get for selling others software
