Very impressive sir, but I'm a big Ioniq 5 fan. I haven't seen anything that looks like Ioniq 5 in the current ev market or in any car market for that matter.

I love this car, genesis are classy without being ostentatious. The grill is large yes, but it's done in a tasteful manner.

What can I sat about the G80 that has not been said so far. It's a mid size car that is a bit larger than most mid size sedans. How does it compete against the German sedans? It competes very well, but let's be clear. This is not a German sedan. Nor should it be. If people want a BMW, they buy a BMW. If people want a BMW, but can't or don't want to afford it. They buy a G80. It's trying to be a lot of things all at the same time. Is it worth it? Yes. It is worth every penny. Is a BMW worth it? Yes. If you want to pay for an overpriced German sedan. Yes. It sounds like you are trying to fool or talk yourself into this sedan. Go out and drive one. You need your own senses to come and tell you, is it worth it?

I have a 13 Hyundai Genesis, when it was still just a nameplate. And it's still smooth, quick, not fast, but quick (which I prefer in town, or curvier roads. Suspensions a bit soft, but competent. The 333hp V6 is smooth, and pretty quick to rev. I have given V6 stangs, and Camaros a run for their money (newer ones), while weighing several hundred pounds more. It's not a sports car, it just does "sporty" things. What it does exceptionally well? It looks great, paints still shiny, the transmission is smooth through all it's gears, it's fit and finish is better than comparable cars for the year, and revved out a little? Sounds like a G35, which arguably sounds very good for a 6. Only oil changes, and tires since I've had it, going on 6 years now, and it's as reliable as the Sun coming up. My previous car? A 13 Lexus is250, and car for car the Genesis is every bit as good. And I've owned a lot more cars that someone on the opposite side of a millionaire should have been able to own lol. Genesis has done in 10 years, what Lexus took 15 to do.

If Genesis can get their dealer network situated and approaching Lexus levels of customer experience they will lead the industry in short order. Also need to engineer durability and reliability into their entire brand and if they can do that, I will become a customer! Love the designs of all their vehicles. Just have to fix the dealer network and make sure that typical hyundai kia issues don't creep their way into the Genesis brand. I'm hopeful! This from a longtime Lexus customer.

I have a 2019 G70. Terrific car. Only issue is a bit of chrome wear along some edges. Runs flawlessly and has nice performance. Would buy again.

The rear looks better than the front, and I mean that as a compliment. The rear has stylish, simple, elegant lines. Sensible tail lights.

Front looks great too but I fear it will be mistaken for a beached basking shark if you park it by the sea.

I honestly don't get the "great styling" part... It's definetly subjective, so no offense taken, but for me personally Genesis current design language feels very generic. In another video, i can't remember which one, James desrcibed another car as if rockstar games designed a generic car for GTA, and somehow that's what i think about Genesis right now. They have design, and they have an identity, but somehow it still feels generic and somewhat arbitrary.
