You know why people didn't liked it ? Because humans were loosing in the movie, its chaos everywhere... nuclear bombs doesn't have any impacts, and we are used to happy endings which this movie doesn't have....

This film was amazing, I loved the story between jerod and his Mrs, that's why the other 2 films piss me off, because they just kill them off, actually such a disappointment

This movie makes it look like it had a 'hopeful' ending, atleast he can die protecting her, sure... but, he still lost his human body. Even if they win the war, they can never have a normal life. Its similar to movies where the protagonists lose their bodies, but their spirit/soul/consciousness survives in an alternate form. Unless the woman herself gets an alien body like him, they won't have a normal life.

Alien invasion story. Meh. Been done before. Many times. How about a little originality? Instead of praising some same-old-story flick that is only good because of its special effects, how about trying a new spin. Hollywood keeps churning out the same gunk and gruel, and movie audience keep eating it. Yuck. Rather than some woman with a heaving chest making guttural sounds, how about some intelligent acting instead?

Its interesting watching this knowing that within next 2 years humanity will be aware of alien abduction reality (until around 2020) for millions of us a year that makes this look like Sesame street. Hint: Earth is the Truman show and humans on Terra (Earth to ETs) are Truman. Clueless they are being played with like toys and not just our lives and our bodies our genetics, and our souls. Dont ever agree to being taken or anything they want, free will is a very real law in the Universe that affects karma debt. Just going along with an abduction and not fighting back or raising your right to self determination as a sentient being is taken as tacit agreement.

Been looking for this movie recently from a thought outta nowhere.

anyone else find it confusing how these aliens are just compatible with human brains? like they are supposedly this super advanced alien species and yet they need human brains for their drones. also for some reason the main character is the only human on the planet who has the willpower to resist their total control?

You always have to have the really greasy grease and wet sounds to make this work . If you take a microphone and hold it in your mouth and then move your tongue around you can get some really wet greasy sounds that way but , just do not put your mouth over someones ear and do it. :O)
