ОтветитьBig Congratulations on the baby 👶🏽 this workout was not for me, I have no rhythm and too much movement there was a lot in Set 1 and 2 that I couldn’t do!! I’m highly disappointed in myself. I really want to be in shape for training for the police academy and get my body right

ОтветитьWonderful cardio workout loved the paused mountain climbers and music always so cool. Slight modification on jumping jacks and sit ups (can’t go all the way up but still got a 🔥!) thank you guys doing a great job in keeping us motivated fit & having fun 🤩

ОтветитьFirst off congratulations on your growing bundle of joy 👣. So i shocked myself by actually being able to do this workout as far as when it came to the sit ups. Someone who's 250+lbs certain exercise moves can be challenging. I'm learning to love your workouts because they help me with strength training and challenge me to come out my comfort zone. Im still not crazy about up and down routine workouts but i like this one because it didn't have that. Keep it up and continue doing what you're doing that helps motivate us to keep pushing, keep striving, and not to give up on ourselves 💪
