I am also part of a clinical trial of an Tacronimus Drug of a Brand that is new to immunusupressants drugs and because of it I am 5 years into my kidney transplant. Without it I do not know what would happen cause the most common immunusyrpressant drug Prograf is not doing well with me cause I get huge side effects from it and my blood work form it is weird and not stable.

Isn't this.... what trials are for? Like you sign up knowing there is a risk like this? I don't understand the issue here. It's not like drug trials are always sunshine and rainbows.

I find it interesting that these drug companies are not required to test these drugs on their own family members...if they are not willing to do that then they should not be allowed to test others and use $$ as the incentive!!

Ah well, this was like a precursor to the massive medical experiment that took place a couple of years ago. This experiment involved six participants. The late 2020 to 2021 experiment involved 2 billion people. Many of the bigger experiment, are already dead, and multitudes more are dying. You only have to watch the inability of drivers to stay in their lanes now, to know that something is seriously wrong.

It's so easy to blame medicine for this... and yes, things should have been done a little different, but if those watching this only knew how many lives this exact clinical trial went on to save. It has been a revolutionary field of medicine. It hasn't been the only targeted monoclonal antibody infusion to reach the market, and it's been a real game changer in cancer treatment.

This is a true horror story. It's beyond belief that there weren't more doctors on site on standby in case things went wrong AND that they kept injecting the men even while the others were already having a reaction. Documentary was excellent by the way. The volunteers were very thoughtful and gracious in their interviews, to be honest. I hope that's because as well as recovering they all got a handsome payout, they definitely deserved it. The younger guy most especially. What a story.
