Ngl i never side mustafa but in this episode i realised he always do what he think is best, and helo people, he have a soft heart and loves his father than anything but hurrem blinded him so much that he see every thing that mustafa does as a mistake, after all the scolding he still stay stronga nd when janassaries r on his side and can dethrone suleiman he never did it such a true prince😢😢❤❤

Thinking about it, which death was easier for loved ones to bear.... Mehmet or Mustafa. Mehmet was the perfect candidate to be ruler. He was just, liked to obey, respect and honour. He was killed mercilessly by his own step mom, to protect Mustafa. Now Mustafa is killed to protect the sultan and his other sons.
Like Hurrem said.... Either Mustafa will be executed or the sultan and his sons.
The episode is made very sentimental. But that's the truth. There wud have been tears either there or here..
Anyways, there are these kind of games even in the democratic society of today. In the monarchial system all these were necessary. Atleast like Sukkolu said.... It's not the letter that was fabricated... It's the shadowing of the sultan's power that was proven umpteen times.... N he adds, he's not just a father... He's the world sultan. So that sums it. And besides all that we commoners cannot understand how power and love and relationship can stand apart.

I cried when sulieman killed his son mustafa😢 I know mustafa is innocent he is loyal to his father but what happen to him is a karma when mahidvran also killed mehmet with no mercy as he is also pure innocent and nobody even knows who murdered mehmet only her evil mother. Btw the White outfit of mustafa is really brilliant and perfectly fit for him as a prince he looks more handsome in that outfit. And this episode it' s really intense and heartbreaking cihangir made me cried when he start shouting his brother name. Kudos to all actors here they're all magnificent and brilliant.

Some episodes, I didn't like mustafa being someone who always broke rules and unnecessarily paved his own doom. But some episodes where he tried to bring brothers together, I liked him... But sad he didn't try to understand selim.
The time he came with all the janniserries was what triggered everything... That was a foolish move. If he did that then, then he shud have done that now too. Or then he shouldn't have done it... There were too many incidents he didn't do what he should have... Atleast his thoughts for his dad was never proved by his actions. Though everyone tried to keep their heads, mustafa always put it in a platter for others. Wrong decisions always. He wouldn't have made a good ruler. He's just a lovable soft hearted prince. Anyways, if everyone tried to get together like in Kosem, still there would have been bloodshed... Power is a dirty game.

It’s sad that the death and burial of Mehmet wasn’t shown as grand as the execution of Mustafa. Mehmet was an absolute pure soul, an upright prince. People didn’t see this and the production wants to show how Mustafa death more than Mehmet. Mahidevran, Hatice and all the gangs plotting for Mehmet death! Now Hurrem is taking revenge. Eye for an eye. People didn’t realize this because everything focusing on Mustafa. Had Mustafa wasn’t excited, huge rebellion would taken place and Mustafa will never stopped it. He wants the throne, even if gotten through rebellion. If rebellion happened it would changed the course of history the entire Ottoman dynasty. Mustafa wouldn’t hesitate to kill his half brothers and all their children, he will kill Hurrem and perhaps exile Mihrimah. With evil Mahidevran and Fatma behind him, Mustafa wouldn’t blink his eyes.

The children of monarchy & dynasties are trained & groomed as to behaviours etc. But as they grow up with the times or era things change and certain rules are abolished. As well as when they start having children like any family, siblings attitude change towards one another when the have it all to myself sets in. Fight for power is eating into them. I wish Mahidervan could have advised his son to let go and they settle in their province were they are loved. But ego + pride of its my right syndrome has set in. Mirihma has really surprised me, but of course she is Hurrems child.

Little Mustafa asking the sultan, “you won’t kill me, will you father?” made me burst into tears 😭 absolutely heart wrenching.
