Stretching caused me the most damage. Once, I was searching on Google and looking for an Amazing stretch to fix my tight hips.I found my self injured for years. Sinc I met something new and is to stop stretching and start strengthening. I use trigger points release to quads for a small window then I Strengthen my glutes and core. Now I feel my body much stronger. Less tightness.less pain. So stop stretching for good
Ответитьi’ve been doing hip stretches for ever and my hips have always constantly popped and have been tight. do you know if the hips popping is a sign that my psoas is weak or tight?

ОтветитьI'm a chronic marathoner. trying to figure out what's causing pain on the top edge of my left hip bone. Honestly i can't say if it's on the front or back. I figure if it's the front it's psoas. What might it be if it's posterior? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks so much.

ОтветитьThere are huge urban myths that every muscle pain is caused by "tight" muscles when I'd argue most times it's related to excessively weak muscles essentially in constant spasm from a lifetime of dysfunction. Maybe this could be described as tight, but I think that doesn't correlate in the laypersons mind as a need for resistance training.
Everyone wants to go to a chiropractor like it's a magic cure when they really need a gym membership, a proper trainer, and a kick in the butt that their lifestyle is not working

2. I also feel tension in my core (sides), is it normal ?
