Me:🇧🇷♥️🇸🇪
When I stop reading the subtitles and just listen to the words it's amazing how much I actually pick up.
Obviously I'm learning Swedish. But of all the languages I've ever tried to learn, this is basically just slightly weird English.
I've been trying to learn Swedish on Duolingo for four years now. It is slow progress (frustrating, because I used to pick up languages - everyday stuff - in a jiffy)
Now I was happy to find, that I could actually understand quite a bit of those dialogues. You do talk very fast. 😊 Tack så mycket för möjligheten att träna!
My Swedish level is A2 and I have been learning Swedish for 4 years in school in Finland.
I at least understood more than half of the Swedish people talking without looking at the subtitles much.
I want to improve my Swedish level to talk like the Swedish people in Sweden :))
I don’t understand why learning this Swedish language is stupid. Let the Swedes finally switch to English once and for all
ОтветитьOne of the most beautiful languages❤
ОтветитьIt sounds a lot like German
ОтветитьHearing them say “hej” to greet strangers is funny; as an American I’d usually only say “hey” for people I know
ОтветитьOf course they "talk a lot about gender" in a Swedish music course lmao
ОтветитьSwedish sounds beautiful.
ОтветитьGood Lord, the pronunciation is so similar to Norwegian.
ОтветитьWOW ! this is fun! I cannot wait to be fluent! It's so incredible valueable to hear so many people speak, whispering, and everything to understand! TACK! <3
ОтветитьVetenskap in German its called Wissenschaft (sch = sh) = Wissenshaft. Almost every Swedish word that ends with SKAP it ends in Schaft in German its so cute and fun Jag vill lära mig svenska!

ОтветитьIt may be politically incorrect in Sweden to say that Skånska sounds terrible, but here in America, I will say that unashamedly: Skånska är en förfärlig dialekt.
