If the McLaren was FBO with a more aggressive tune it would’ve walked the C6, but that’s not to say the Z06 isn’t a monster of a car

That violent, instantaneous throttle response of a big cube motor is unmistakable, and unforgettable. 

I blasted away from most of the turbo cars I raced, but they would always run me down with their superior top end in 4th and 5th.

GTRs, big single turbo Supras, turbo 4.8-5.3L trucks, etc.

My car will never be as gloriously light as the C6 Z, but I would not trade the “all motor Punch” 🥊 for anything.
