Hi Michelle, Great instruction on this topic! Very simple and easy to understand. When you make the initial weight shift in the downswing to the left side, should you feel the weight going directly into the left heel as a right handed golfer? It looks like doing the first part of your downswing, the weight it actually working diagonally towards the instep and then as you rotate through, the weight is moving more into your heel. Do I have the correct understanding? Thanks so much.

Michelle, in your demo your head was moving forward in front of the ball. Don't you want to keep it BEHIND the ball?

HI Michelle thank you so much for the video! I am at a point very I follow the sequence right and got a pretty swing and can hit the ball solid., but somehow I just don't have the speed. If I try to speed it up it somehow just mess up with my swing and I can't hit the ball solid.

Thus I don't have clubhead speed now and it's just pretty much same distance no matter what clubs I use :') Is it just me or any of your students would have such problem as well? T^T

Do you have any suggestions on how to add speed to this swing sequence? is it to turn our hip faster? or how do we start to generate speed in golf swing and thus the distance?

When you shift your weight slightly toward the target your arms will drop as long as your stay relaxed and loose.....
