When people talk about a passport, they say how many visa free/visa on arrival countries are available. But I assume you can still get a visa to many countries not on the list, you just need to apply for their visa ahead of time...am I wrong?

A passport has many uses besides travel and use in banks. Does NC have anecdotal videos of people who have obtained the passports and used them legitimately in various ways, including identification in ordinary banks, etc.? Can the passport be used for moving and living in CARICOM countries or countries in Latin America? And what about where the passport may not be accepted?

I would have trouble renouncing my citizenship despite how crime ridden the United States has become. That 'really' would take a great deal of soul searching for me to do.

This is smart. I never considered multiple citizenship options. I always thought if I did this, I'd have to give up my US citizenship which I don't want to do. Happy to hear that isn't always the case.

How long does it take to renew a saint Lucian passport? 2-3 week? from the time u submit the request for a new passport to getting it delivered..

Huge fan. Dominican citizen here living in St. Lucia now after leaving the US 2 years ago. Im not sure if you mentioned it but for those who are interested in living in the Caribbean, one of the coolest things about a CARICOM passport is that it allows you indefinite entry/stay/work in the CARICOM bloc (with a few exceptions)

then someone would have to compare, obtaining citizenship, to vacationing for a bit, to actually living there. i live there
