In defense of Joy, if you're going to do an educational film about emotions (and they are actually using this to educate kids) Joy being as the narcissistic bad guy at the start is appropriate. Think of all the bad behaviors people do to get that feeling of joy while keeping other behaviors bottled up. It's unhealthy. But Joy learns the correct lesson by the end as would kids. I liked this movie and as always I loved the take on it - especially the ten brothers and sisters muahah!
