Quite a steal for 1 million dollars.
ОтветитьNice looking place 😊😊
ОтветитьThe people complaining about the price have no idea what this all cost ! The fencing alone !!! And the stalls at min cost 5 to 8k a stall. My barn is a fraction of this 60 x 34 and im at about 100k on it thats with me do most the labour . Stalls mats alone are 55 per mat ! Each stall takes at least 6 and the amount of land . Whoever is selling this is taking a hit on cost
ОтветитьI was thinking that this was over priced but if all the stuff and RV and equipment goes with it then I can understand asking a million
ОтветитьTo much Taxes
ОтветитьHowdy
ОтветитьI'm Just here for the jokes. Hey Brad, what an amazing property. Those horses live better than I do. Was there a residence that is on the property but not for sale?
ОтветитьThis place is DREADFUL.,There's no natural light or fresh air and the poor horses cannot see other horses. ITS LIKE A PRISON. This can't be good for the horses or thier eyes. The land looks good just wondering why there is no home built on the property. Could it be its agricultural land and planning cannot be obtained for a home.
ОтветитьI need to find a horse training business just to training show horses and I need a big horse barn with 38 stalls cheap and I'm from South Carolina
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьI got a 400k farm lmao
ОтветитьLol. I know this is a pretty old video. But I don't think there's a place on earth that doesn't realize how much Kentucky is known for its beautiful green blue grass!! Ohhh and rolling hills lol.
ОтветитьKentucky seems to be so affordable. My neighbor sold their 3000 foot house, on one acre, for 1,400,000 recently. Arizona. Phoenix suburb.
Ответитьhorrible bars on stalls ans no windows to outside for fresh air or views. and no looking out od doors to stable mates. nonone does this anymore.
ОтветитьThe Europeans do it with much more flair…this barn has amenities, but none of the charm or sophistication of a place like Helgland or C Werndl’s place.
Ответитьthe dog in the motorhome so annoyingly funny 😂
Ответить"This is truly the ugliest time of the year." 🤣🤣🤣 That's me in the fall in my state. I hate sending pictures to people because I'm like, "It's not not normally this bad."
Ответитьgreat walk about. would be a great investment once i win the big one. beautiful getaway for the summer
ОтветитьI love this property. 👍🏽❤🐎✌🏽😷💜
ОтветитьHi Brad, Do you know who the barn manufacturer is?
Ответитьit's soo crazy to think that places like this even exist! sooo beautiful!
for one million you can get something sooo small in England so to me this whole land and various buildings seems cheap for a million :)
But the 'hope I don't get shot'... and 'don't shoot' while going in the bathroom part🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ответитьi like becuse this vedio nice.....
ОтветитьI wish I could afford it...
ОтветитьI really hope this property is not even close to ready. Looks so terrible that its so pale. I hope you will plant trees to all the road sides and also other pale spots. Also having those huge rock areas is stupid and bad, its a huge waste of land. I hope you fix those. It would make the whole property better, more liveable, worthy and abundant. That looks poor. Also planting trees does a huge help for the planet and environment and to the whole world. Thats unnatural having those big pale areas, and nothing unnatural is ever good.
ОтветитьThey are miniature greyhounds and on social security Lol.
ОтветитьWhy is it so common to have the horses in closed rooms?
Where I live noone would want that, stalls without windows are the cheapest to get, and noone wants that for the horse. Most people want paddockstalls for tve horses so that they can go in and out as they please. Fresh air, something to look at, possibility to take a sunbath.
The most exciting stables are so called paddocktrails.
Without a doubt one of the best... You did a great Job!
ОтветитьThis would be THE Dream for myself. No doubt!!
ОтветитьIt's amazing to think that my state has this in it!
Ответить: )
ОтветитьThe gate area couldn't keep a chicken out lol....Seriously, he spent majority of time covering the horse barn. I would have liked to see more of the property. It would have been great if video was in 4D.
ОтветитьI’d like to know the company that built that barn?
ОтветитьFor a 1 million dollar farm it’s not very luxurious
ОтветитьAre all the horses black?
ОтветитьLooks like a saddlebred farm.
ОтветитьWhy would you even list a 2yr old place?
ОтветитьEach building so should full of solar panels.
ОтветитьIf I win the lottery I'm buying this barn
ОтветитьGiant gate small fence
ОтветитьWaaah 😝😘 I luv this barn😚😍😆😁
ОтветитьI love to see horse stables or how they bould it that's in my gene
Ответитьthose construction alone costs way more than a mil. how is this going for such a below value price.

ОтветитьI would put cattle on their not horses
ОтветитьBeautiful 🌷horse farm. Worth every penny. Huge operation but anyone living there would have to go.
ОтветитьWow.. Talk about rich life. Luxury property. Good investment though.
Ответить$1 million property? it may look pretty, but realistically how many people can actually fork over a million dollars to live. I’m thinking not many
Ответитьthat road is really bumbling
Ответить
