Remove That Painful Outlook Certificate Error [SOLVED]

I'm getting a similar error after we moved from an imap server to exchange online as part of 365. Outlook on mac Error that a secure connection cannot be established to the new exchange online autodiscover server because of an old imap autodiscover server certificate in the cert chain. Can I just hide or remove that cert from the mac to clear the error?

Hi mine is alittle different, when am on off-LAN we get this error "There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. outlook is unable to connect to proxy server XXXX.domain (error code 80000000)"

all of my SMTP setting is ok i can send email from web mail i can received email in outlook but from outlook or any Clint like Mozila thunders i am unable to receive email and also cannot add any new account in outlook

Even though this is a nice, informative video, it did not solve my problem. For those who still have problem after this, install Office Service Pack 3 for your version(i used 2007). (i had other problems like Outlook did not jump to the newest emails if i was using ascending order in the inbox listing, always had to scroll down manually, SP3 fixed it as well)
