I hate when game devs create content that requires a minimum player count, but they don't allow for you to do matchmaking. So now you have to go to the internet to find people who are willing to play this content with you, but they're always very picky or particular about how to play. I just want to play the damn game

disagree about discord and far cry 3 lol that game was super fun the story was dogshit but the game play for the time was some of the most fun that I've had playing games. discord is awesome because it's basically how my friend group has kept up with each other through the years and state changes, we don't really use it like you describe.
