Tring Road lights - Red light jumpers

I'm driving a large bus - I managed to stop in plenty of time so I don't see why the red van couldn't.
And as for the car - he was going through that red light way too fast - a good job there were no pedestrians walking in front of me !

Note the car wanting to emerge from Oakfield road - on the right. Those lights are only green for a couple of seconds - at most, three cars can get through in time.

Is it any wonder the roads are congested when morons like these are allowed on our roads?
