I’m a girl and this made me cry) thank you for remembering them and their sacrifice🙏

Respect and glory to those dedicated and fearless women.

And.... despite that, I cannot help the bitter and disappointing taste in my mouth when I dwell on the fact that the male soldiers ridiculed them, made them fly with doomed machines, literally wanted them to suicide and couldnt be bothered,- forgetting that defending tje country should unite a people and not be the place for petty machoism. Those women overcame odds which they shouldnt have faced in thefirst place, were sabotaged by their own people and even denied public recognition in the end in an attempt to lessen the glory of their sacrifice.
And if you pay attention.... that happened to female soldiers, troups or anyone in all the countries taking part in the wars. Few were celebrated, almost as singularities but the mayority was sabotaged, suffered to exist and afterwards dismantled, discarded in silence and denied.
Shameful!

Makes me glad, that even though we are too late now, we remember, at least now.

They should have be in the parade they fought just as hard as any of the men if not harder they were stealth before stealth was a thing and they are an inspiration to all women that are soldiers and civilians alike (use what you got and make it great)
