Is there any hosta I can grow in South Florida? I am having the worst luck trying to grow them. I am putting them in shade with 3 hours of direct sunlight.
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing your plans for the new property with us!
ОтветитьLove it when you and your Mom shop through the Garden Center. I have a problem deciding what I want most. It’s all so gorgeous.
ОтветитьIsn’t it funny Laura says I was going to have a waist high strawberry bed build right here….
5 years ago she would have built it herself. (And made a video to show us how to build one). Lol $🤑$ 🤑$💚
Zone 9a is the dusty miller it burns 🥵 down here in full Fl sun 🌞
ОтветитьIs there anyway you can state if plants should go in shade or sun please?
ОтветитьI love how much better your editing is! Great video!
ОтветитьWait, you went from a zone 5, to a 6 and now you’re a 7?!?!?!!
ОтветитьBeautiful plants, can you make videos covering plants native to your area though?
ОтветитьThank you Laura. Such beautiful plants❤
ОтветитьBeautiful new plants!
ОтветитьThat periwinkle popsicle may be perfect for a flower bed redesign I've been mapping out!
ОтветитьSorry if it has been asked a 1000 times, but where do you get your zone info from if you’re from the UK? New to the channel.
ОтветитьHmmm...cant wait for spring 😍🌼🌺🪷🌱🌾🏵️🌿

ОтветитьOh how i enjoy these videos. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьI can't wait to try some of these in my garden!!
ОтветитьI live in Falkville AL can you tell me what zone is my city ?
ОтветитьHello ,, I love the lilys and hibiscus where can I get them on line ?
ОтветитьFor the primrose, Mandarin and Blue Ripples are part of the Belarina series; both were newly available in 2023. As a rule, other intros in the Belarina series have performed extraordinarily well. I garden in zone 5b (CAN), Ontario, Canada, about 30-40minutes south of Georhian Bay. The Belarina series typically produce 4 to 5 bloom cycles per year here, and are usually budding, sometimes even starting to bloom, when the snow pulls back in March. The do need afternoon shade. If they get too much sun, or soil becomes too dry in summer, they will die down and go dormant until late summer rains kick in, at which time they will start to grow and bloom again.
ОтветитьHoly cow! You are a zone 7 now? Wow!
ОтветитьThanks for all this great information. I am making a list and checking it twice! Quick question. I have a clematis in a pot. The soil level has dropped 3 inches. After I prune it back, can I fill soil above the plant or should I lift the plant and put soil underneath?
ОтветитьHi Laura! Those are some really pretty perennials. I'd like to try a couple in pots. Thank you so much for sharing1
ОтветитьWhat type of Christmas tree is that and where did you get it???? Love!!!!
ОтветитьI love all the varied shades of green in that new hosta! Looking forward to spring already. I’ve signed up to go to the PW Direct garden event next August here in Michigan-you and Aaron should come! You could visit Mackinac again too-just a thought lol. 😊
ОтветитьWOWWWW, ALL ARE SO GORGEOUS !!! We LOVE that you LOVE to talk about plants !!!!
I think I could listen to you do so all day 🥰🤩🥳 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE PURE JOY YOU SHINE ON US. 💥💕💥
Hi there, love your channel! I’m a very new gardener and I’m interested in making a moon garden. Something that i don’t have to change out through out the year. I’m in zone 9. Do you have any recommendations?
ОтветитьZone 5/6 looking for a 3-4” tall bright perennial. Any ideas?
ОтветитьOh Laura, were you a Friends watcher? Supposebly. It made me giggle because I still do it too. 😊
ОтветитьLot more zone 9s than usual, glad I can actually look forward to new plants in my zone
ОтветитьThey're all beautiful 😍
ОтветитьBeautiful ornaments! Starting in the year my brother and I were born my mother always got each of us an ornament for that year and she’d add the year to it somewhere. As we got older we could pick them out ourselves. When we moved out on our own those ornaments came with us to start our own trees and traditions. She still got us a new ornament each year (and added our spouses in as well) that we could take home. They usually reflected something about us (cycling ornaments for my brother and husband who like to bike, musical instruments that we play) or from vacations we’ve taken as a family. Every year I love pulling out those ornaments from my mother and enjoying the memories over all these years.
ОтветитьLooking forward to the love story hosta for my shade garden. The pineapple plant looks fun as well BUT I don't have enough sun in my garden.
ОтветитьBaptisia—16 or 60 inches? 16 is smaller than the Baptisia I have, so doesn’t seem “huge”.
ОтветитьThat hosta is really neat! Looks like a paint by number picture!
ОтветитьI’ve been trying to add more perennials in my garden! So I’m definitely taking note on all of the pretty zone 9 plants!! ❤
ОтветитьVery fun to see some color! I love the sedum and will be on the lookout for them this Spring
ОтветитьI love Primroses!! ❤️💫❤️
ОтветитьCan't wait to get my hands on some of these.
ОтветитьVery helpful!
ОтветитьThank you for the educational video today ❤
ОтветитьI know . I don't tell.
ОтветитьMilo Ventimiglia and myself relationship a date story ? I don't lied . Milo Ventimiglia do in brain ?
ОтветитьWe have in hanging baskets on our Arbor Gold Sedum,… OMGosh!!! Gorgeous!!!
ОтветитьThank you for the video!
ОтветитьAll of these names are so charming. If you could name a series of plants, what would you name it?
ОтветитьAfter your review of all these plants it makes me want to go out and look for them NOW! However, even if it was 2024, we have a hard time getting Proven Winner plants here in the PNW. oh, and is there a trick to getting the bergenia to bloom? I have tried 3 different locations with no luck. Thanks.
ОтветитьI hope i could have one of that beautifull hostas plants next season😊
ОтветитьWait, your zone moved up to a seven! Weren’t you at a five just a few years ago?
Ответить
