Good. Now, will all those defacing old Enugu City-.i.e. taking over recreational parks, conference centre and hotel presidential premises, railway land etc. to build estates come here now and leave old Enugu alone? What the city needs here is to create a cluster of skyscrapers
to change the city's skyline and save space for other uses, NOT same old same old crappy bungalows everywhere.

Access road and water supply should be the first thing, followed by the 2 artificial lakes. Sky scrapers will follow. Which includes 5 star hotel, residential homes, shopping mall. Mostly private sector investments.

Govt should lease this land to a private men ,likes of obi Cubana to develop this place..
I dnt think govt can do anything here,cos ,they going to build and sell or what.
Some of misplaced priority.
He should learn from other private cites like aviation city lagos.and awka millennium city anambra.
This is purely a private business.

The concern is why must the governor put all fingers in the mouth at same time. So much demolitions in so many sites. Why not pick two or three and bring them amazing level, before taking up another.
