Pat you so right, to add to your presentation: I met people who became superstars in their field on a single idea and rode that for a decade only to become ego driven on that, a one shot wonder and got outdated but refuse to adapt and could not understand why their world was falling apart. I learned early in the Army to innovate, adapt, adjust and adapt which stills serves me today 5 decades later. Sometimes success come in small increments by adjusting and adaption and most of all humility, not ego.

I'm a high school drop out, 31 yrs old, and used to be a risk-taker, and careless prior to 25. The more I learn, the wiser I get, the less risk I want to take, I doubt myself more, and I care less about things but still want the lifestyle I've been seeking. There are days I want to thrive and reach the highest high of success, and other days I contemplate self-deletion without really wanting to do so. Just tired of my current lifestyle but my fears and doubts take over causing me laziness and not giving a fck about doing anything. Its been wavy, ups and downs, day after day, week after week.
