ISDT | Air 8 | In-Depth Review

Mine is defective

I love the idea with the BattAir plugin. But there is a problem. My batterybank has 24 V, it is a 7S system with Li-Ion 18650 cells 3,7V. So it needs a BAP7, but actually there is no BAP7, only a BAP6.

2 ONE NOW DEFECTIVE!! THIS TOUCHSCREEN IS HORRIBLE, AFTER 15 UPDATES & KEYBOARD RESETS THE SCREEN STILL GOES NUTS!!

what power supply are you using ??
I have tryed to power mine off 3 differant 'laptop' (switching) power supply. but the screen goes crazy, and just keeps changing by itself :(

works fine, if I power it of another battery.

my 6s dongle doesn't work. it just keeps cycling green red blue. The batt air app font size is too big when installed on a pixel 4a so I can't read the screen or accept the user agreement! (The ISDT app for the charger is OK though). The screen has started to peel off the case on the charger. It's funy how none of the reviewers ever show you how to setup a dongle in real time. My two Q8 chargers are great but there is something wrong with the Air 8 quality.

air 8 disappointed me because I already bought a second piece and it does not transfer charging to the mobile phone at all when powered by 24V 350W, when powered by a lipo battery it works, when powered by the source it only transfers discharge. I wrote to the developer and the email address was not found. So it is not possible to contact the manufacturer and the seller does not respond

Would there be some kind of support anywhere for isdt products? I've bought almost exclusively isdt products in the past. 8 different chargers all still working perfectly. But the Air8 is a different story. I got one that was defective from the start, the idiot I am I bought another one and it is also unusable. Doesn't make sense that they don't seem to care about their customers.
